Return eligibility

The published support commitment covers damaged or incorrect items. A general change-of-mind return window has not yet been confirmed by the owner.

Return-request period

A fixed numeric return-request window is not currently published. This is awaiting owner confirmation; no unsupported deadline is stated here.

Damaged or incorrect products

Contact us with the order details and clear product photos so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate replacement or refund considered.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind eligibility has not yet been confirmed as a business rule. Contact support before sending any product back.

Non-returnable products

Customized, used, or mishandled products may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

Sale products

The sitewide sale does not by itself publish a separate final-sale rule. Sale-item return treatment is awaiting owner confirmation.

Return shipping and inspection

Return-shipping responsibility is not yet published. Any resolution is reviewed against the order details, supplied evidence, and received product condition.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Timing varies with the bank and payment provider; no unsupported fixed processing period is promised.

Cancellation

The current order flow accepts a cancellation request during the first 30 minutes after an order is placed. Dispatch or payment state may still affect whether cancellation can be completed.
