Order processing

Most ready products are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after successful order confirmation.

Delivery estimates

The current broad estimate is 5 to 8 business days. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed courier date and may vary by pincode and courier operations.

Shipping charges

A standard delivery charge of INR 99 applies when the sale-price product subtotal is below INR 999. Shipping is free when that subtotal is INR 999 or more. The exact charge is shown before payment.

Delivery locations

Orders are currently accepted for delivery across India. The pincode checker provides a configured estimate; final courier serviceability is confirmed during fulfilment.

Delays

Weather, regional restrictions, and courier operations can affect delivery after dispatch. We share available updates without presenting an estimate as a guarantee.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Check the delivery name, phone, address, state, and pincode before payment. Contact support promptly if submitted details need correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Tracking

Order updates are sent by email or SMS when a shipment is prepared and moved with the delivery partner.
